The conference Advisory Committee and PEC staff have developed an engaging format for this event.
Day One is "The Learning Day," featuring a mix of national and Pennsylvania-based speakers for panel discussions, audience Q&A, and keynotes. We have employed an innovative approach to panel discussions utilizing a neutral, lead presenter, to provide an overview of the topic from a well-rounded perspective, followed by two speakers, each representing different view points on the subject. A moderator will facilitate lively discussion and questions from the audience.
Day Two will allow attendees more opportunity to weigh-in on what they've learned the previous day and how it might be applied in Pennsylvania.

Please note: The scope of the discussion has been limited, in order to have a productive conversation over a course of only two days. It is important to note that there are many topics that, while not explicitly covered by this event, will play an important role in any decarbonization strategy. These include vehicle electrification, grid infrastructure, utility business case, industrial emissions, and land use practices. This is not an exhaustive list.
